Getting out on the ocean here is easy and convenient as our boat is moored right on the water near Kitimat. Not only is the Douglas Channel rich in wildlife and scenery but the fishing here can be spectacular as there are a wide variety of species to catch. Trolling plugs and spoons for Chinook and Coho salmon is productive and very popular however there is also the opportunity to jig for halibut and cod and harvest shellfish like prawns and crab. Your guide Mike Orlowski is a true professional with 15 years of saltwater guiding experience. Our ocean trips include food and transportation from our riverside lodge in Terrace.
